Sponsorship Offer by Eyesoft
Eyesoft offers an exclusive sponsorship program to all its clients. This offer allows each Eyesoft client to sponsor one or more new subscribers. Eyesoft provides a one-month subscription to the sponsor and a two-month subscription to the sponsored individual, once the sponsored individual has signed a subscription contract with Eyesoft after the one-month trial period.

Terms of the Offer:
• The offer is valid for an indefinite period.
• To be eligible as a sponsor, you must be an active Eyesoft client for more than one month.
• To benefit from the offer, the sponsored individual must be a new client and must subscribe to a contract with Eyesoft after the trial month.
• Once the subscription is contracted, the sponsor receives one month of subscription refunded and the sponsored individual receives two months of subscription refunded.
• Sponsors can sponsor multiple individuals; the offer is cumulative.
• The offer cannot be combined with any ongoing commercial offer.

Legal Compliance :
Our sponsorship offer is developed in compliance with articles R6523-3, R6523-4, and R6523-7 of the Labor Code. These articles regulate the conditions for sponsorship activities, ensuring that our program meets the required professional and legal standards. Eyesoft is committed to maintaining these standards to ensure an ethical and compliant sponsorship experience for all our clients.

Data Protection:
In accordance with the GDPR, personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Sponsored individuals will be informed of the name of their sponsor and the terms of the sponsorship.

Becoming a Sponsor:
To become a sponsor, please provide us with your contact details and the contact details of your sponsored individual(s) (name, first name, email address, phone number) via our dedicated sponsorship platform. We will then contact the sponsored individual to initiate the process.
