Les param\u00e8tres analys\u00e9s comprenaient l\u2019acuit\u00e9 st\u00e9r\u00e9oscopique, le point de convergence proche (NPC), les vergences fusionnelles positives et n\u00e9gatives, ainsi que les d\u00e9viations oculaires de pr\u00e8s et de loin. Les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es par un m\u00eame examinateur et, pour une partie des participants, par un second examinateur. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent une bonne r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et une reproductibilit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 bonne pour la majorit\u00e9 des param\u00e8tres, notamment le NPC, les vergences positives et les d\u00e9viations oculaires, tandis que la st\u00e9r\u00e9oscopie et les vergences n\u00e9gatives pr\u00e9sentent une variabilit\u00e9 plus importante. Les effets ind\u00e9sirables observ\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rares et transitoires, confirmant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation de la solution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-vert-color has-text-color has-link-color has-xl-text-font-size wp-elements-6711a7ee015870d6d3deec199e5d3c74\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500;text-transform:uppercase\">SUMMARY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-inter-font-family has-s-text-font-size\"><em><br>This study assesses the repeatability, inter-examiner reproducibility, and safety of binocular vision measurements performed using EMAA Pro, an innovative application combining virtual reality and eye-tracking. Seventy non-presbyopic adults aged 18 to 40 years with normal binocular vision were included. Evaluated parameters included stereoacuity, near point of convergence (NPC), positive and negative fusional vergences, and near and distance ocular deviations. Measurements were repeated by the same examiner and, for a subset of participants, by a second examiner. Results demonstrate good repeatability and moderate to good reproducibility for most parameters, particularly NPC, positive fusional vergences, and ocular deviations, while greater variability was observed for stereoacuity and negative fusional vergences.
